Our charity efforts never end... for this year at least!

As spooky as October may have been, the Horizon team have come together, once again, to fundraise with Gamers Outreach; a for-purpose organisation restoring a sense of joy and normalcy in the lives of hospitalised kids, and a charity building a world where every hospital is enabled to provide kids with activities alongside care.

With an incredible joint effort from creators across the gaming industry, including Horizon, the campaign raised a staggering $773,651 for the cause; with Horizon successfully raising $2,896 with 5 activated creators.

Horizon continues to be actively involved with community/charity focused initiatives, in the hopes of using the power of influencer marketing and the gaming community to drive positive change to the world, one small step at a time. I couldn't be prouder of all those involved in such a short turnaround to deliver a top class campaign with the Gamers Outreach team.

Horizon showed up in a big way during this year's Spooktacular Streamathon. Throughout the month, various members of their organization hosted charity streams to help provide gaming to hospitalized kids, and collectively helped raise several thousand dollars to support Gamers Outreach programs and initiatives. The response from their community was terrific and you could tell that our cause resonated with everyone. I think this is just the beginning of our work together.

With the year yet to end, Horizon will continue to proactively be engaged with community led projects. Here's to one more special surprise before the years' end...
