Kieran Wood is co-founder and operations and commercial lead at UK-based gaming and esports organisation, Horizon Union.

Responsible for everything related to the operational and commercial framework at Horizon, Kieran leads resource and hiring, day-to-day business operations, commercial development and growth strategies, with an additional focus on creating a premium environment for passionate individuals to join the world of esports. Kieran’s first official role within or in the gaming industry came as he joined the Kairos Media team, working as an account manager on EMEA and regional gaming strategies for the likes of JBL, Facebook and KFC.
