Will Mollett is co-founder and talent and partnerships lead at UK-based gaming and esports organisation, Horizon Union. 

Responsible for everything related to talent and partnerships, Will is responsible for talent and partnership management alongside new business development, with a focus on driving talent diversity in gaming and strong value, customer-first partnerships. Ahead of moving into his full-time position at Horizon, Will was a campaign manager at Kairos Media, where he worked with global brands including Nestle, Ralph Lauren, EPIC Games, KFC and Tencent.
